Guided Reading Groups (15 minutes): Divide students into small guided reading groups based on their reading level and needs. Lead guided reading sessions where students take turns reading aloud from leveled books matched to their individual abilities. Provide targeted support and guidance as students practice decoding words, building fluency, and comprehending text. Literacy Centers (5 minutes): Rotate students through literacy centers that reinforce key literacy skills in a playful and hands-on way. Centers may include activities such as letter matching games, sight word puzzles, phonics activities, writing practice, and listening centers with audio books.
